Spring has Sprung

Did you know today, 20 March 21 is the first day of Spring AND International Day of Happiness?

Spring is alway such a positive, happy season and with the recent news of a road out of lockdown there’s lots to celebrate and look forward to.

Better weather, seeing friends and family, the possibility of travel, shops and restaurants re-opening and the chance to have some fun fundraising again.

If you haven’t seen it yet, our new fundraising pack has lots of great ideas for you to try all year round. Obstacle courses and treasure hunts are just two that will be great fun as we head towards summer.

We’re especially looking forward to:

• Putting on our live events again when allowed

• Catching up in person with our Patrons and Supporters

• The opening of the New Children’s Hospital in Edinburgh on Tuesday!

• Having a presence at Edinburgh Rugby Games

• Seeing our Young Ambassadors in person rather than on zoom

• Our Annual Ball

• Sharing a pot of tea and a cake with our amazing team

• Continuing to make a difference to the lives of young cancer patients and their families.

It’s been a tough year on everyone, especially charities but we’re now looking to the future.

We would like to thank everyone for their all they have done for our charity over this difficult last 12 months, we can’t wait to see you all soon.
