Our services are outlined below:
Parent and Patient Packs
Parents and young cancer patients admitted to hospital in an emergency may not have time to pack essentials – that’s where we can help.
We supply packs for the children’s oncology wards in Edinburgh, Glasgow, Aberdeen, and Inverness; packs for babies, toddlers, children, teenagers, and parents, and contain everything they may need such as a toothbrush and paste, shower gel, notebook and pen, and a tee shirt.
Vouchers for snacks - Glasgow Children’s Hospital
Young cancer patients need all their energy during treatment and often need to snack at different times of the day and night.
We provide a voucher each month for the inpatient and day wards to purchase snacks for the Schiehallion Ward in Glasgow Children’s Hospital,
We also provide a sweet and savoury buffet for families who find themselves on the children’s oncology wards on Christmas Day in Edinburgh and Glasgow so that young cancer patients and their families can still celebrate together.
Lottie Dolls
Following feedback from a young cancer patient, our Lottie Dolls without hair are a lovely gift to give to younger children experiencing hair loss during treatment.
Children want a doll that looks like them. They are such a comfort and a wonderful thing to give to children and their siblings too.
