A Gift to the Glasgow Children’s Hospital

This month, thanks to the fundraising and donations from our supporters, we have donated £1000 of Sainsbury’s vouchers to the Oncology Ward at the Glasgow Children’s Hospital.

These vouchers will be used to provide drinks and snacks to the young cancer patients on the ward and their parents who are there with them.

Often patients are in the hospital for longs stretches of time and parents don’t have the time, or head space to think about food and drink during their visits.

Having one less thing to think about when your child is in hospital can make a big difference to any parent, and we aim to help make the whole experience that little bit easier for them.

Staff, parents and patients in the ward were all delighted to receive this little bit of help, especially at this difficult time.
