Charity Duck Race

We would like to thank Callander and District Young Farmers Club for choosing us as their nominated charity for their Charity Duck Race this month.

There were 200 ducks involved in the event which took place at Lanrick Estates last Friday, 20 August 2021 raising over £2oo for our charity to help young cancer patients and their families.

Callander & District Young Farmers Club is a club that anyone can join to gain knowledge and skills in sport, drama, agriculture and LOTS more!

Talking about the event they said

"It went well. We managed to race over 200 ducks and raise over £200, and our top 5 ducks got prizes, the race was live streamed on Facebook, was a fun night had by all even for the people in the river getting wet!"
