Bill the Bull Christmas Cards
Bill the Bull has become a bit of a mascot for our charity and is the star of these fantastic Christmas cards painted for us by Scottish artist and friend of our Charity, Heather McLennan.
Heather has donated many of her paintings and books to It’s good 2 give to help us support young cancer patients and their families.
There are lots of amazing little details in these cards and if you look closely, you will see our supporter Kev, of ArtFe, making a guest appearance.
On designing these Christmas cards, Heather said:
Inspired with the magnificent work created by Artfe and Co, and the magic of Christmas, ‘The Night before Christmas’ was created in my head.
This is the Smithy where Bill the Bull was lovingly created along with many amazing works of art. The heat from the Smithy and the cold winter’s night, working into the little small hours. Finishing orders for Christmas day just felt right.The little cute dog is a feature as it belongs to one of the lads and too cute not to include.

We knew Heather would create something special but we were utterly blown away with her take on our Smiddy. She drew in so many elements that really captured the spirit of our workshop and brought it all to life in such a colourful and fun way. Heather even managed to nail Kev’s posture as he works away at the anvil. We feel so privileged to be the subject of It’s good 2 give’s Christmas cards this year and we hope the cards raise a lot of money and bring Christmas cheer to both those sending and receiving them.
Our Bill the Bull cards are A5 sized and come complete with envelopes in packs of 10 for £5. They are printed on recycled paper and can be fully recycled.
Cards can be collected from Craiglockhart, Corstorphine, Penicuik or Dunfermline. Alternatively, cards can be posted within the UK for a small additional postage cost.
